Contour Solutions has been awarded Provider Accreditation by the American Board For Certification (ABC), a national accreditation organization authorized by the federal government's centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Here are some key points of what this means to you.

  •  We keep on file all product information, copies of the features, warranties, and instructions for each type of product.
  • Contour Solutions complies with all Medicare and Medicaid statutes, regulations, program instructions, contractor policies and federal & state laws.
  • Our Care Coordinator's can provide clear, written and oral instructions for all the products we offer.
  • Because Contour Solutions is fully accredited, you can also be assured you will receive your supplies on time and according to your delivery specifications.
  • Contour Solutions maintains accurate, confidential and secure records in accordance with privacy and security standards of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other applicable standards. We even keep special notes regarding your health situation from conversations we have had with you. This allows us to maintain the highest levels of care and service.
  • Contour Solutions implements customer satisfaction and quality assurance as part of a continuously measured accreditation process.

Medical supply provider Accreditation becomes mandatory October 1, 2009 for Medicare part B reimbursement. What this means to you:

Contour Solutions is NOW and HAS BEEN for over a year a fully Accredited Medicare and Medicaid provider Contour Solutions is approved to process your Medicare Part B, and Medicaid reimbursement claims in United States.

If a medical supply provider is not fully accredited by October 1, 2009, Medicare will revoke a DMEPOS* supplier's billing privileges by deactivating their enrollment number on October 1, 2009 stopping their reimbursement for Medicare Part B medical supplies submitted on your behalf.

This means your Medicare reimbursement could be at risk if your medical supply provider has not been accredited by the deadline. Be sure to confirm that your provider is fully accredited. To view the Medicare documentation, click on the link below.
