Terms and Conditions

PROCESS OF SHIPPING TIME:

Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days IF IN STOCK. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If we are unable to ship in 2-3 business days due to having to ordering your product(s), we will send an email notification to advise you when your order should be expected to ship out, which is usually around 4-7 business days.

We are located in San Antonio, Texas. Depending on your delivery location, standard shipping time is 3 - 6 business days.

Shipping:

Most orders over $50 are shipped FREE!(1)(2)(3) Orders under $50 are shipped at a flat rate of $6.50.

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

All stocked items are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of order. If items are needed sooner, they can be shipped 2nd Day Air or Over Night for an additional charge.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING EXPEDITED SHIPPING (2ND DAY & OVERNIGHT)

• UPS Only: All 2nd Day and Overnight packages are shipped via UPS. • Not all items are available for expedited shipping: If the item you requested is not available for expedited shipping, you will be notified of the first available shipment date. At that time, you will be given the option to keep your expedited shipping selection for when the item does become available for shipment or change to regular ground shipping. • Heavy or Oversize Items: If you absolutely need expedited shipping, please contact us for a quote. • Weekend and Holidays: UPS Overnight and 2nd Day

Shipping only include business days and do not include weekends or holidays. If you need a package delivered on a Saturday, please write or call to check if that service is available in your area and the associated costs.

(1) Hawaii and Alaska: Please select "FIRST CLASS MAIL" as your shipping option. Most orders to these areas will be sent US Priority Mail. Orders over four pounds will incur extra shipping charges. Please call, email or make a note in your order for 2nd Day and Overnight shipping rates to these areas. (2) All oversized or heavy items that have extra shipping charges are clearly marked on the product's page. (3)If you return items that drop your total order below $50.00, you will be charge the flat rate of $6.50.

Special Delivery Instructions: We will provide UPS or USPS with your special instructions. However, we cannot promise that they will follow the notations. UPS and USPS deliver on their schedules, even when asked to deliver at a specific time of day.

Orders over $50.00 qualify for "Free Shipping" and will be shipped out to our carrier of our choice. Most "Free Shipping" items are shipped "ground and will have a tracking number which will be sent to the email address you provide us.

Credit cards will be charged once an order has been received in our office.

Back Orders:

You will be notified of any backorders within a timely manner.

Manufacturer Defects and Damaged Items:

If you have received an item that you feel is damaged or defective, please call us for a Return Authorization#. Items must be returned with shipping invoice within 3 days of receipt. Items shipped back without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Return shipments are to be clearly marked with the RA# outside of the package and sent back by UPS GROUND ONLY. Shipping cost associated to your return will be refunded to your credit card after items are received and verified to be in their original condition and packing. Refund of a defective item(s) will be contingent up the manufacturers review.

Order Errors:

If an order was incomplete or inaccurate due to our error, please call us for Return Authorization #. Order Errors must be returned with shipping invoice within 10 days of receipt. Items will not be accepted without a Return Authorization#. Return shipments are to be clearly marked with the RA# outside of the package and sent back by UPS GROUND ONLY. Shipping cost associated of your return will be refunded to your credit card after items are received and verified to be in their original condition and packaging. Once we have received and verified the order, it will be exchanged and shipped back to you, free of charge.

Returns:

If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your product(s), we will be glad to exchange it for another size or refund your money. Just call us at 1-888-946-6004 within 10 days of receipt of your product(s) and we will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions. All exchanges and or returns must meet the following criteria (No Exceptions):

• Products must be returned in its original condition and it’s original packaging.

• Products that smell of smoke, have the tags removed, have been worn, or laundered cannot be returned and will not be refunded. (Any items mailed or left at our store without an RA# will be refused and or discarded.)

• Personal items such as panties, underwear and swimwear can not be returned due to health regulations, NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Packaged containers must not have any markings or personal labels, of any manner.

• All MADE-TO-ORDER OR CUSTOM ORDERED Compression Garments, JODEE Perma-Form Bras, Trulife Customer Breast Forms are NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

Refunds:

If your order meets our return criteria, then we will gladly refund your merchandise for the item(s), (less the shipping/handling). If you do not exchange your item, a 15% restocking fee of the product total returned item(s) will be charged to your credit card. Please fill out the bottom portion of return form and return it with your products within 10 business days.

Exchanges for different size/color:

If your items meet the following criteria for an exchange, please mail a check or money order for $6.50 to cover shipping/handling charge of the exchanged item along with the Retun Form indicating your desired selection to:
